Common questions
Does GreetAI see any candidate data?
No. The app, database, recordings and backups run in your cloud account, and the AI providers are ones you choose, on your contracts. The product sends no analytics or telemetry. Only a license renewal reaches GreetAI, plus health numbers if you add a 24/7 option.
What is included?
The screening product: voice interviews, scoring, recordings, integrity checks, the candidate pipeline and email invites. Single sign-on, roles and an audit log are included. The learning features are not.
How long does installation take?
Usually about an hour, on a shared screen with us.
