A session credit is counted as one completed session. It starts counting once the user presses Start and enters the meeting page.

Yes. If you already have a list of candidates, import them with the Import feature, then select the candidates you want and send each of them a unique session link.
How is the rate calculated?
The rate is calculated with our general logic based on your session instructions and session title. If needed, your team can also use custom logic.
