How does interview process work?
GreetAI uses GPT-4 to conduct the interview. AI will asks questions based on the job description and if specified, the custom questions. Interview questions is adaptive and will change based on the candidate's answers.
What is 1 interview credit?
Interview with all AI features maximum duration of 8 minutes. AI is designed to ask questions for 5 minutes and use last 3 minutes for candidate's questions and to end the interview. Interview will automatically finish after 8 minutes without any notification as duration is up.
Where is data stored?
All candidate and customer data is stored in Google Cloud servers. Candidate recordings are stored for 30 days and then deleted. Customer data is stored indefinitely can be deleted upon request.
